Current Status: When you purchase Agency credits, subscribe to our plans, or unlock items in the Skills Marketplace using Stripe, your transaction is processed securely and immediately. You will receive automatic invoices and receipts via email. Access to our AI-powered workplace is granted instantly, allowing you to start directing our specialized AI agents, coordinated by Elsa, within seconds.

3Beta Products & Early Bird Lifetime Deals

Agency is currently in public beta. Understanding these terms is essential before making purchases:

Living Software

As a beta platform, Agency is "living software." Features, AI models, and user interfaces will evolve, improve, and occasionally be restructured over time based on performance data and user feedback.

Service Dependencies

Agency integrates with third-party APIs (such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and LLM providers). While we strive for 100% uptime, changes in these third-party platforms may occasionally impact specific automation features. By purchasing, you acknowledge these platform dependencies.

Early Bird Lifetime Deals

Agency does not offer fee-free lifetime access. Instead, we offer "Early Bird Lifetime Deals." If you sign up under an early bird promotion, you will be billed at the discounted early bird price (representing a 50% discount on standard subscription fees) for the entire duration of your active purchase/subscription.

Payment Processor

All transactions are processed securely through Stripe. Agency does not store your full credit card or debit card details on our own servers.

Billing Descriptors

Charges on your bank statement will typically appear under the name "Agency" or "Thisisagency".

Billing Queries

If you have any questions regarding a charge, please contact us at info@thisisagency.ai before initiating a bank dispute or chargeback, and we will resolve it immediately.

5Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

Agency complies fully with UK consumer protection regulations, including the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015:

Subscriptions

You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle, and no further charges will be made.

Digital Credits & Marketplace Purchases

Under consumer law, you have a statutory 14-day right to cancel digital purchases. However, by choosing to access, download, or consume digital credits/marketplace tools immediately upon purchase, you explicitly consent to waive this 14-day cooling-off period. Refunds are not available for credits that have already been spent on AI tasks or scans.

Faulty Services or Content

If a tool or service is faulty, not as described, or fails to execute due to a platform error, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or credit refund. Please report any operational issues to info@thisisagency.ai.

6Customer Complaints

If you are dissatisfied with our platform or services, we want to hear from you:

How to File a Complaint

Please email info@thisisagency.ai with the subject line "Customer Complaint". Include your account details, purchase history, and a clear description of the issue.

Resolution Timeline

Shaun Anderson personally reviews and investigates all complaints. We aim to acknowledge receipt within 2 business days and provide a formal response or resolution proposal within 7 business days.

Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)

If a dispute cannot be resolved internally within 8 weeks, you have the right to refer the matter to an independent Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) provider under UK regulations. We will supply ADR details upon request.

8Governing Law

This agreement, our policies, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland, United Kingdom. The courts of Scotland shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any claims.
